Home Delivery

The rate for delivery is calculated based on your postcode. You can enter your postcode on the product page or at checkout to view the available rate for your location. If a price is not available, you will be asked to complete a form and contact us for a quote on delivery of that item to your location.

Depot Collection

EasyShed products are available for collection from over 50 depot locations Australia wide. Once your shed has arrived at your selected depot, they will contact you to organise collection.
Carports are not available for depot collection.

Delivery Timeframe

Garden Sheds, Workshops, Garages or Pet Houses
All EasyShed products are made to order. Your shed, workshop, garage or pet house will usually be dispatched within 48hrs (2 business days) from the date of your order. Some colour selections may take longer. Delivery then varies depending on your location. We recommend allowing up to 10 business days (2 weeks) after despatch from our Albury, NSW warehouse.

When your Carport order is received, we will contact you with a confirmed delivery date. EasyShed Carports require a minimum 4-week lead time to allow for manufacturing. 24hrs prior to the delivery date, you will be contacted to confirm. Lastly, 1hr prior to delivery on the established date, the driver will contact you to advise. You can contact our team anytime to check on the status of your order.

Bulky Freight Requirements

EasyShed products are considered Bulky/heavy freight. Our packages weight up to 300kg. As such we require a more specialised delivery service. An able-bodied person must be available at your nominated address to assist the delivery driver to unload the items. Due to OH&S policies, delivery for these items is to the ground level, front door only.

Freight Tracking

Garden Sheds, Workshops, Garages or Pet Houses
When your item is despatched from our warehouse you will receive tracking details via email. This will allow you to track your order via the freight company’s system. For EasyShed products you will be contacted, when your item is available, to arrange either home delivery or depot collection.

The manufacture and delivery is managed in your nearest warehouse location. No tracking number is needed as the team will keep in contact to advise your delivery date, and to reconfirm 24hr and 1h4 prior. You can contact our team anytime to follow up on the status of your order.
