Making a Freight Protection Claim
- 1. If your item has arrived damaged and you have purchased freight protection, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the Product otherwise we can deny your claim (subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law).
- 2. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and in the subject line ensure to include 'My Shed Arrived Damaged and I have Freight Protection'. Photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted with the email.
- 3. We will get back to you promptly with the next steps and resolve your case as a priority
